Envelope Service Mailing
Programs provide a unique opportunity to increase contributions.
Surveys have shown Mailing Programs to be the optimum offering
system for churches that have membership of at least 200.
Results show that churches realize an average increase of
9% the first year. Some churches have shown as much as a
29% increase.
When you decide to use one of our Mailing Programs, we will
mail offering envelope sets directly to your members’ homes.
This provides an on-going reminder of their contribution
commitment.

Mailing
Program Benefits
Giving will be stimulated - Studies have shown
that churches that use offering envelopes have congregations
who give larger amounts.
Members contribute more regularly - Church members
who do not receive offering envelopes often do not contribute
on a regular basis and usually do not tithe.
Encourages good stewardship habits in adults, children
and youth - It’s best to form good stewardship habits
and church commitment early in life. When envelopes are
provided for everyone who attends, good stewardship is
instilled in even the youngest attendee.
Promotes a sense of belonging - Feeling like your
are a part of the church tends to make you more aware
of your financial commitment. Envelopes with their name
on them tend to emphasize their importance.
Record keeping is easier - When an offering system
is used it provides a means for good record keeping of
individual and total church contributions.

How
Does the Mailing Program Work?
Mailing Program offering envelope sets are mailed monthly,
bimonthly or quarterly. You may choose the frequency that
is right for your church. You provide us with a list of
the members you would like to receive offering envelopes.
You may provide this list by email, modem, diskette or
hard copy. Once you have determined the specification
for your envelopes – paper color, ink color, copy, dating
and numbering options and mailing frequency we will take
your list and print the member’s name on each set of envelopes.
Each set will contain enough envelopes for each Sunday
in the mailing frequency. We also have economy stock designs
available.
- Monthly
- 4 or 5 envelopes, determined by the number of Sundays
in the month.
- Bimonthly
sets are mailed every other month and will contain
enough envelopes for the number of Sundays in two
months.
- Quarterly
sets are mailed once a quarter and contain one envelope
for each Sunday in the quarter.

Special
Collection Envelopes
Special
Collection Envelopes may be included in Mailing Program
sets. Choose custom or stock designs. We have several
stock designs available – Annie Armstrong, Lottie Moon,
Initial Offering, Building Fund, Van Fund, World Hunger,
Christmas Offering, You may also create a unique design
for your specific needs. Some churches also include an
initial envelope in each set designed as an annual donation
to offset the cost of the envelopes.

Dating
and Numbering
Offering envelopes may be printed with a number for each
church member. Dating may be included on the envelopes.
Choose from perennial dating – first Sunday, second Sunday,
etc. or calendar dating January 4, 2004, January 11, 2004,
etc. This can make record keeping a breeze!
