I used this in a women's small group a few years ago and we all enjoyed it and
learned a lot. The amount of work required was just right. Recently we used the
follow-up book, Victoriously Frazzled and liked it just as much. I highly
recommend this for small groups of women.

This bible study was so practical and could be easily applied to our everyday stressors. We average 15 ladies each week which was awesome. We all formed a bond between us and developed life-long friendships.

Of all the studies I have participated in or lead in our women''s ministry, I found this to be one of my favorites! Our bible study group ranged in age from late 20''s - late 70''s and we ALL learned so much from this study! The study also provided a great mentoring opportunity as our more mature ladies shared great insights with our younger ladies in the study. This is immediately applicable to life and extremely helpful as a Christian woman, striving to serve the Lord and take care of the responsibilities as a wife, mother and worker. A fabulous study!
