What I most liked is that Henry and Richard Blackaby had a purely biblical view of leadership. They did use "secular" writers to quote from but it always came back to what the Bible said. They did not rely on the worlds view of leadership but help the reader to understand what God said of leaders. They also touched on every aspect of a leaders life from home, church, office, etc. Nothing was left unturned. This book has been a tremdous help in my growth as a leader. It has brought conviction from the Holy Spirit on where I need to change.
There is nothing about this book that I disliked. They are so right in everything they write. I would highly recommend the reading of this book for all leaders.
