Overview of the Custom Product Process Once you have selected your custom product, call us at 800-443-8032 to place your order. At this time, our custom products can not be ordered on-line. We still like to personally assist you during the ordering process. A week to ten days after placing your order, you will receive a faxed or e-mailed confirmation of your order. We will not produce your order until you have approved the art confirmation. After the art is approved, you will generally receive your order in 2 to 3 weeks. Rush orders are possible, just be sure to let us know your need by date when you place your order. If you have any questions please call us at 800-443-8032.
What artwork format do you accept? We prefer vector art, however we may be able to use whatever format you have. Different products require different art options. If you have any questions please call us at 800-443-8032.
How do I send my artwork to LifeWay Specialty Imprints?

When will I be billed? You will not be billed until your order is shipped.
How long will it take to get my custom products? After all art confirmations are approved, you will generally receive your order in 2 to 3 weeks. Production times vary depending on the products ordered. Rush orders are possible, just be sure to let us know your need by date when you place your order.
